Our countryside pub and hotel is the perfect quintessential setting for a shooting or fishing party. With roaring fires and character-filled guest rooms, along with a private dining room, we’ve created the perfect setting for those hosting celebrations and events.

Our Events Manager will be on hand to ensure your shooting or fishing event runs without a hitch. With many famous Berkshire estates on our doorstep such as Highclere Estate, West Woodhay and Bereleigh, retreat to our pub after for an evening of fantastic dining, real cask ales and wine, and the option to relax upstairs in comfort in one of our lovely hotel bedrooms after.

Our bespoke shooting menus have been perfectly curated by our Head Chef to ensure you and your shoot party are given a delicious feast alongside perfectly paired wine.
